All of our bouncing castles run on electric blowers and so are also suitable for use at indoor events where there are large enough venues to accomodate them. At outdoor events where electricity is not available, they can be run from generators, and there are a limited number of petrol engined blowers available.

The sizes quoted relate to the main body of the castles, and the platforms in front vary from 3ft to 4ft for smaller castles to a little more than this on some of the larger castles. Approximately 3ft is needed behind the castles for the blowers which inflate them. Space is also needed in front for adults supervising the use of the castles, and for children taking it in turn to bounce on the castles. Approximate guidelines for the appropriate number of children for each size is based on children aged 8 or 9 years. The most popular size bouncing castle is the 12 X 12 castle which is the standard size castle used at birthday parties. For teenagers, or parties where there is a very large number of smaller children a 15 X 15 castle or 18 X 18 castle is the appropriate size. For adult use the appropriate sizes are 18ft and 21ft castles.
