Castles can be booked online for Communion Parties by sending us an email from our contact page.

Please note that directions to where you live are not necessary as it is each delivery person's responsibilty to deal directly with the customers to whom they will be delivering castles.

All bookings will be on a first-come first-served basis, but in order to secure a castle a booking deposit will be required from you. It will be necessary for your deposit to be received by us before we accept your booking, however, you will not be asked for a deposit unless we are certain that a castle is available. No booking is to be regarded as secure until such time as we have confirmed this to you by email.

The easiest way to pay deposits is by laser or credit card.

We will also accept postal deposits. However, in previous years we have had numerous problems with customers who booked and then failed to send in deposits, and we will no longer follow up and verify these bookings. From now on we will delete a booking if a deposit has not been received within a week from the date the booking is made.

Deliveries for Communion and Confirmation parties are whenever possible carried out on the evening prior to the party. This avoids problems associated with attempting to deliver to customers who will invariably not be at home, or will be in a hurry to the church.
